Tinies - Summer Term

Service Description

Tinies is a weekly baby massage class for the ‘fourth trimester’ mum and baby in a welcoming, non-judgemental and nurturing environment. You will learn how to use baby yoga and massage to aid calming, soothing and connection with your baby. We take the best elements from baby massage, baby yoga, postnatal yoga, and mum & baby classes and wrap all these together to bring you an extra special class like no other. When it comes to the ‘fourth trimester’, undoubtedly those early days and weeks of motherhood may see any number of emotions overwhelm us; joy, anxiety, delight, fatigue, happiness, uncertainty, isolation or even low mood and challenging feelings. Importantly, our Tinies class gives mum and baby a safe and supportive space to figure out the start of this new journey together. In each class you can expect: • Full baby massage and yoga routines • Gentle yoga-based movement for your postnatal recovery • Infant education and support • Calming and soothing methods – tried and tested techniques that work! • Meet other new mums at the same stage – build that vital support network The important bits about your class: Tinies classes are for postnatal parent and baby only but If you are a new parent through adoption, fostering or surrogacy and wish to take part please get in touch and we can discuss your individual needs as our classes are inclusive and can be adapted to suit all mums and babies. Suitable from around 6 weeks after birth (please do get in touch if you would like to start earlier) until 5 months (at the start of the term). Additionally, classes are adapted to suit all postnatal related conditions, multiple births and individual needs. If your baby is older than 5 months take a look at our Tweenies class. Classes are booked in blocks of 5-6 weeks at a time; however these are designed to carry you through until baby is around 2 years old. Your baby will develop through Tinies to Wrigglers to Cruisers, supporting you along the whole journey of early motherhood. You can start at any point in the term, if there is room in the class, however we don't offer a pay-as-you-go option to encourage a safe space for our community to share, bond and grow. Classes are held on Thursday at 12pm at Errol Village Hall. * There will be no class on Thursday the 30th of May due to a Wedding being held in the Village Hall * I look forward to welcoming you to our community

Cancellation Policy

Refunds and Cancellations If we cancel a class then we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund (other than in the case of a ‘force majeure’/Circumstances beyond our Control). We are under no obligation to refund you if you are unable to attend all or part of the course, nor are we obligated to provide an alternative class for missed lesson.
